Called them late on a very cold Sunday night. They came promptly, resolved the problem, changed out the thermometer that I always hated anyway..was grateful to be warm and have a simple understandable thermometer. Rick was patient and very well-mannered. Decided to go also with an annual service contract. That guy who came for that was also very patient and polite and did a thorough job cleaning the furnace, changing the filter, etc.
